Buying at the factory

We negotiate directly with suppliers in China: price, minimum quantities, samples and quality inspection before the goods leave the plant.

Consolidation and ocean freight

We group your orders into a full container, check the packing list, weights and CBM, and book the vessel and cargo insurance to your port.

The route of
a container

Every shipment follows the same path and leaves the same paper trail. This is how a container passes through Mundo HBC LLC.

  1. 1

    Leaves the factory

The supplier invoices at FOB value. Mundo HBC LLC pays, receives the packing list and arranges departure from the Chinese port.

Documents: supplier invoice, packing list, bill of lading
  2. 2

Mundo HBC LLC invoices from Florida

We issue the commercial invoice in USD at CIF value, with weights, CBM and container number, backed by an international sales contract. Freight and insurance to your port are included.

Documents: commercial invoice, sales contract, packing list, insurance certificate
  3. 3

    Arrives at your port

The container is delivered CIF at the destination port, anywhere in the world. From there, the importer's customs broker handles clearance, duties and local taxes.

Documents: import declaration, handled by the importer

How much
fits?

Enter the size of your cartons and see how many travel in each container, how many containers your order needs and how full the last one will be.

Theoretical floor-loaded count with all cartons in the same orientation. In practice plan for around 90% of it, and less if the cargo is palletized. Weight limits are typical values and vary by shipping line.
